Day 1
1 cup of Yerba Matte (high in caffein), one sugarfree redbull, one Diet Coke and one “AWAKE”-pill, headache and a little bit dizzy. How weird is that? I mean, I must have had MORE caffein than I would usually at this time…Hm…
Mondays are the worst day though, get up at 6 am, home at 11pm after class…

not coffee… trying to step it down already…my head is hurting…WHY do I agree or even come up with these ideas!!???
